The site www.foxprint.ro is an e-commerce site through which we make available to customers, personalized and non-personalized products through the online store.

The customer can make purchase orders in the online store www.foxprint.ro only after agreeing to the general conditions present through it, committing to comply with them.

The products sold on the website www.foxprint.ro are delivered from stock or are made based on orders placed.

The presentation images used on the site try to reproduce the finished product as accurately as possible. Please note that for various reasons, the colors you see on the monitor may differ from the actual colors of the products or the print on them.

4. START

There is no minimum order required. All prices displayed on the site are in RON and include VAT. The prices shown do not include shipping charges. These taxes will be passed separately on the tax invoice.

The fiscal invoice is issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and is sent together with the ordered products to the delivery address.

After selecting the desired product (s) and selecting the attributes for them (model, size, color, quantity), click the "Add to cart" button. The Cart section is in the upper right corner and can be viewed throughout the navigation.

The completion of the order is done by filling in the personal data in the marked fields.

After accepting the order, and the terms and conditions, it means that you have checked and agree with the size chart of the online store. You can also see the sizes in the product description. All orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) until 11:00 AM will be processed on the same day. After placing your order, you will be contacted by phone by an operator who will ask you to confirm your order. If the order is placed after 11:00 AM on a business day, contact will be made on the next business day. For orders placed on weekends, contact will be made on Monday morning.

The ordered products will be delivered to the courier only after receiving the order confirmation from you.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the possibility of ordering a product for which the stock has been exhausted. However, we will make every effort to announce the unavailability of a product ordered as soon as possible (by phone call, phone message or email).

According to the laws in force, the order placed on this online store is considered a contract between the customer and SC BORZON COM SRL and must be executed by both parties. 5. DELIVERY

For a larger order this period may exceed 2 working days.

Our company uses the courier services provided by various companies to deliver orders. We do not take responsibility for delays in delivery due to the supplier or courier. Damage, damage or loss during transport to the consignee shall also be borne by the carrier.

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product (for various reasons) you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Customized products cannot be returned, they are made according to customer requirements and as a result can no longer be resold.
