Canvas

Canvas is a painting-like canvas, specially treated to allow high-resolution images to be printed. Canvas printing & nbsp; is ideal for making paintings based on physical or digital photos, home decor paintings or office space. It is framed on a wooden frame, by covering the frame with a canvas that is stretched and fastened with metal staples. The best aspect of the canvas is that it does not need an outer frame or protective glass, because the cloth and ink used is extremely durable over time. For large paintings, we recommend the canvas due to the safety of transport, but also the low aggravation of the material, it is also easy to clean and maintain. In addition to the standard dimensions we make, the customer can opt for other sizes.

PRINTING ON TEXTILE MATERIALS

On polyester textiles such as sports equipment, the printing technique is different, being printed with a type of foil called Poliflex, which is an opaque or glossy polyurethane foil with a thickness of 100 microns and adhesive backing. The materials are printed with heat transfer at 150/160 C, using a press. Equipment printed with poliflex can be washed at 30 C and ironed upside down. The polyflex is printed and cut on the contour, so the possibilities are endless.

The paint is applied to the shirt in a very thin layer. Immediately after printing, the T-shirt is placed in a press at 170 C. In this press we get the paint to dry in the T-shirt for 45 seconds.

When it comes to printing black / color t-shirts, it differs from the previous one, because direct printing on the black or colored t-shirt can only be obtained after the t-shirt is treated with a special solution. In the next step, the printer first prints the desired image / text in a thin layer of white, which will be the basis of the desired image / text. Finally, the colored layer is applied on a white base. Then we use the press to dry the paint on the shirt at 170 C for 45 seconds. The print will not fade and you can wear your custom t-shirt for years following the proper washing instructions. Be sure to wash your custom T-shirt upside down at 30 degrees.
